With stops in production, operations, purchasing, sales, and spending eleven years as General Manager of Westeck Windows, his focus is always bettering the industry. He served for eleven years with WDMA-BC/FenBC to June 2015, and the last three years on the Board of Fenestration Canada, recently accepting the role of 2nd VP . Now as Westeck’s Technical Director, Terry understands the challenges facing manufacturers trying to work under very confusing code conditions, never reluctant to voice his opinion, or listen to others in the hopes of finding solutions.
